Have you ever taken your kids to a restaurant and gotten those cute itty bitty silver dollar pancakes, then tried to make them at home, and it just doesn't work?  Use a turkey baster!!  Works marvelous.  The kids love them!  Make a TON of them, throw the rest in a ziploc bag, and reheat in the microwave to save time next time around!
