Strong Bones If you consume lots of greens -- spinach, Swiss chard, kale -- then your bones may benefit as well as your taste buds! Diets rich in vitamin K seem to lower the incidence of hip fractures in women. (Green tea, garbanzo beans, and seaweed are all high in K.)
