When cleaning your oven (ya right...you mean I am supposed to clean that
thing?  LOL)  ... instead of scrubbing those racks... try  putting them
in a big garbage bag and giving them a  GOOD spray with oven cleaner...  
fold the top over so its closed put it outside in the sun for a few hours
(or over nite)...   later  just remove the bag and rinse with the garden
hose... All clean :))) No scrubbing required!
