If you never have the coupon you need when you need it, consider this storage method. Keep coupons in a spare wallet and store the wallet in your car's glove box. This way, you don't clutter the wallet you use daily, yet your coupons are only as far away as your car.

This spare wallet is also handy for storing "buying cards" from individual retailers. For instance, your video store may require a card to prove that you've already rented 10 videos and you get the eleventh one free. There's no need to carry this card everywhere you go if you can only use it in one store in town.
