Party Tip: Setting a Buffet Table

Here are two tricks for keeping cold foods chilled: Freeze water in a deep-dish pie plate, put it in a clear, plastic bag, and place platter of cold food on top. Or freeze water in a ring mold or other molds of interesting shapes; put them on platters with the food around them.
