Introduce Cheap Meals
If you don’t already do so, make a goal to have at least one healthy, cheap supper meal a week (leftovers day doesn’t count). This can be a slowcooker meal, cheap meat cuts dish. By doing this at least once a week, watch the dip that happens in your monthly budget (that’s at least 4 meals you’re slashing costs on).
