Can Mashed Potatoes be Frozen?

You bet! A neat tip for freezing in individual portions is to fill muffin tins with the leftover mashed potatoes, pop out then place in airtight bags and place in the freezer. Remove what you need for meals as you need them. Once frozen mashed potatoes are cooked you may find them a bit watery–I find heating them in the oven (with no lid) gives me the best results.
