How To Freeze Homemade Cookies
Freeze the cookies right after baking and they have cooled completely. Store them in containers and stuff with waxed paper to give the cookies protection from bumping around in the freezer. If you’re not using plastic freezer containers (that are airtight), you can freeze in metal or cardboard cartons–just make sure to wrap the outside well with plastic. You can also freeze unbaked cookie dough and then bake them as you need them
