Even if you have to pay a bit (most charge about $60 for each visit), in the long run you and your baby will benefit. By continuing breastfeeding, you'll improve your baby's and your ownhealth, and you'll be saving money too.

If your problem appears to be serious or needs immediate attention, call a lactation consultant in your area. If necessary, she'll give you a home visit. Do it, it's really worth it!
