Twenty Ways to Improve Your Life

by Brenda Lantinga

There are endless ways to improve your existence, many of which are free.
Here are my top twenty ways to put smiles on your face and your heart whole!
Good Luck.

1. Invest in a good camera and take a photography course with a friend.

2. Buy a chaise lounge chair and layout under the stars with your children.

3. Commit to your spiritual life. Find a church or temple and take your family every week.

4. Plan your dream vacation, then open a bank account and start saving.

5. Learn to tango, salsa, swing, or merengue.

6. Get a massage.

7. Start a daily journal.

8. Pay off your credit cards (vow to live within your means).

9. Go to a wine tasting and pick up your favorite. Keep it on hand.

10. Go to a farmers market and buy flowers and fruit.

11. Plant a garden.

12. Spend an entire day doing what your children want.

13. Buy stock in your favorite company.

14. Go blueberry picking, apple picking, and strawberry picking, take a child.

15. Take your best friend out to lunch and then go for a walk.

16. Write a sibling a letter about how much you love them, include funny stories from your childhood.

17. Make one change in your diet.

18. Read at least three great works of literature this year.

19. Pick a hobby and pursue it.

20. Slow down, work less, laugh more and live with passion!
