YOU WILL NEED: 8 oz. uncooked rotini pasta 1 can (15 1/2 oz) Italian style diced tomatoes 1 bag (16 oz) frozen vegetable mixture 1/2 cup ketchup 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS: Cook pasta according to package directions; keep warm. Combine tomatoes, vegetables, ketchup, and water. Cook, covered, 6-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in pasta and parmesan; heat. Serve. Use extra parmesan for topping
